Exercise time .....




Good morning folks, now it is exercise time. 

Stand firm on both your legs, hold your head straight, ah yes slightly tilted towards left, inhale.... Hold your position, lift your right leg up, and stand still for a moment hold your breath. Now bring your leg down,exhale......... Inhale, hold. Lift your left leg up, stand still for a moment hold your breath. Now bring your leg down, exhale....... .Inhale.......

Disperse .... okay then, see you all tomorrow.
